Shyam Sundar Society of Education (SSOE) was started as an Activist Organization during the year 2022 (established on Dt.13.01.2022), which tried to visualize the problems of locality feelings of people at micro level & raise voice for people. But in due course of time, the spirit of activism got overshadowed by the harsh reality of people's minimum materialistic gain that essentially ensures one's own survival. Witnessing the first changes and the aftermath of changing attitudes, there arised need for a change in operational modalities to emphasize more on developmental aspects. By the way, retaining original broader attitude of "Serving People's Purpose" the eventual metamorphose took place in the organization to transform that basically and integrally as a "Voluntary Development Organization" to cater to macro level & give specific,integrated approach to developmental activitiesfrom scattered welfare approach.

Cultural Meets of different villages are arranged every year for the sake of promotion of culture. Drama competition was arranged.
